Sujets, Premiers Danseurs and Etoiles – the highest ranks – will then share the half-soloist and soloist parts. The candidates present two variations: one is compulsory and the other is free – which will enable them to showcase their strengths, their personality and to attract a professional jury's attention: dancers, professors, choreographers...
